Matasha is an emerging author and storyteller with a passion for writing across genres. Her current work blends boundaries to spark imagination and challenge conventional thinking. Through her stories, she celebrates resilience and reminds readers—young and old—that embracing our differences can lead to meaningful growth in the world. She thrives on exploring voices and styles as diverse as the people who inspire them.
Her contribution to the upcoming book The Art of Letting Go, available August 12, draws from the lived experiences of neurodivergent individuals. In her chapter, she explores how embracing one’s birth identity can open the door to more meaningful and equitable employment opportunities.
In addition to this project, she is working on a diverse collection of upcoming releases, including children’s books, Christian inspirational titles, and non-fiction works.
Storytelling, for her, isn’t limited to the page. As an autistic advocate and lifelong champion of the cause, she is developing an organization dedicated to providing autistic individuals with access to legal resources and the support they need to thrive in the workplace. Her passion extends beyond writing—it’s about reshaping real-world narratives. She believes every autistic person deserves the opportunity to succeed and live a rich, fulfilling life.
Her hope is that her books do more than tell stories—they inspire action. Because while stories alone may not change the world, people can.
